How many people have been bullied in there life time?I know I have been.But did you know that thousand's or more student are afraid to go to school because they are bullied. People are bullied mostly because of there appearance, social status, race, religion, and because they think their target may be gay or lesbian. I really think this is wrong you don't even know the person that much and you think you have the right to pick on them well it should not be this way. You need to get to know the person before and they might actually be cool and a person you want to hang out with. There are two types of bullying you could see, do see.or are doing this right as i am typing this.The two types are physical bullying which can mean anything from shoving or tripping to punching or hitting, or even sexual assault.Verbal bullying which people taunt and tease their targets. But this can also involve sending cruel instant or email messages or even posting insults about a person on a website.Bullying can make the victims at risk for mental health problems, such as low self-esteem, stress, depression, or anxiety. They may also think about suicide more.Bullies common reasons they bully to dominate others and are generally focused on themselves. They often have poor social skills and poor social judgment. Sometimes they have no feelings of empathy or caring toward other people.Here's what you can do to prevent bullying and worse things that could happen to you. For younger kids the tell a trusted adult but for many teens this way does not work but only depending on the situation. In a situation like a bully threatens turn into physical danger and harm this is vital to report because numerous high-school students have died when stalking, threats, and attacks went unreported and the silence gave the bully license to become more and more violent. - Ignore the bully and walk away
- Hold the anger.
- Don't get physical.
- Practice confidence.
- Take charge of your life.
- Talk about it.
